Please read these Terms carefully. They include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver (Section 17) that affect your legal rights, including your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Loray's platform, software, and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Loray ("Loray," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology platform that enables service businesses ("Contractors") to automate customer communications via AI-powered SMS messaging, automated voice calls, appointment scheduling, and related tools.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use the Services only for lawful business communication purposes — specifically, to respond to inbound customer inquiries, schedule appointments, send automated follow-up messages, and manage customer relationships for your own business.

Consent requirements by communication type:
You are responsible for determining and obtaining the required consent.
Revocation of consent: Must be honored promptly via any reasonable method.
Do-Not-Call compliance:
Disclosures: Must include all legally required notices.
Loray provides tools to support compliance but does not provide legal advice.
Loray may:
Loray acts as a processor/service provider. You remain the controller/business.
Services depend on providers like Telnyx. Loray does not guarantee availability and is not liable for third-party failures.
Fees are defined in pricing/subscription.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Services may be suspended for non-payment.
Loray owns the Platform.
You own your Content but grant Loray a license to process it.
Feedback grants Loray a perpetual, royalty-free license.
Both parties must protect confidential information, except where disclosure is required by law or information is public.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Liability is limited to the greater of:
